Artwork Guidelines for Custom Rugby Stickers (10cm x 6cm)

To make sure your rugby stickers print perfectly and nothing important gets trimmed off, please follow the artwork setup guide below.

📏 Sticker Size

• Final size: 10cm (width) x 6cm (height)

• Colour mode: CMYK (for print accuracy)

✂️ Cut Line (Trim Area)

• The sticker will be machine cut to 10cm x 6cm.

• Please allow a 0.4cm safety area inside the outer edge where the cutting blade will run.

• This is shown as the grey dotted line on the guide.

🛡️ Safe Area (Text & Logo Protection Zone)

• To prevent any important elements being trimmed, keep all text, logos, and key graphics at least:

  • 0.7cm in from the outer edge

  • (0.4cm cut margin + 0.3cm internal safety space)

• This is shown as the pink dashed line on the guide.

🎨 Important Design Tips

• Background colours and images can extend all the way to the edge.

• Do not place text or logos outside the pink dashed safe area.

• Ensure files are supplied at full size (10cm x 6cm) in CMYK colour mode. If your design is in RGB it will still print however the printer then converts the colours and they may be slightly different to what you thought.

• Recommended file formats: PDF (print ready), AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG (300dpi).
